Six Sigma Green Belt

The Six Sigma Green Belt certification helps professionals to strengthen organizations by employing the core concepts of Six Sigma geared toward enhanced problem-solving skills with an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) model.
