This Supervision course is geared toward new or existing supervisors to ensure you can avoid costly mistakes and ensure you don’t develop poor supervisory habits that can affect your overall performance. Good leadership and management skills are rare to find and a mastery of these principles will ensure your staff respect you as a manager, are motivated to work with you and for you and provide a foundation of knowledge and best practices in management that will serve you for years to come as you move up the corporate ladder and take on additional responsibility.

In this course, students will learn about the roles and responsibilities of supervisors. The course builds from a foundation of fundamental skills through a pyramid of understanding the expanded scope of responsibilities for first-time, first-line supervisors through the chairman of the board in private, service, or public organizations.
